24 Hr Migraine

       Very happy to wake up without a migraine greeting me. Tuesday was so awful, I was awakened by a thunderous migraine! It was about 4:30 a.m. when the pain woke me. I sat straight up in my bed and hit the ground running to the master bathroom! The vomiting spree has begun! I tried water but it wouldn't stay down. I tried ginger ale to soothe the tummy but no luck there. I tried Excederin Migraine to help with pain, no luck there, I tried extra strength Tylenol a few hours later but no results at all! I tried a hot cup of coffee and a hot shower, no luck there either. Not once did any relief come. Later on that evening I tried taking an Aleve Sinus D tablet and that didn't work either. My goodness, I was in agony for 24 hrs! I tried praying and pleading, then I finally faced the fact that it's a 24hr migraine flight with no layovers! I was very upset because I didn't have any time to prepare for my husband's birthday. I didn't get to make the cake or go pick up a gift. I will have to make it up to him tomorrow.
